We are looking for an experienced DM/CRM marketing project manager to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. We have set a clear strategy to boost our volume sales and we have set the target to double our customer base in three years. You will be a key player in reaching that target.

Creating loyalty amongst our clients has top priority, and you will be working closely with Experian colleagues to reduce churn and raise loyalty amongst our clients. Also you will have a key role in attracting prospects and new clients and you will use your extensive experience within these areas to reach our common targets.

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of B-t-B DM/CRM marketing activities in Denmark:

• contribution to the overall marketing strategies for the volume segment
• contribution to marketing innovation and communication planning
• planning, project management and implementation of the CRM Marketing machine; marketing campaigns, DMs, competitions, webinars, events
• building mail campaigns with high open rates, CTRs and proven sales
• write interesting content for online and marketing campaigns
• participation in relevant cross departmental internal workshops and project teams
• cooperation with external resources, vendors and partners required on marketing projects
• we use; CMS InterwovenTeamSite, CRM Siebel on Demand, E-mail: CheetahMail.

Our new Marketing Project Manager must have the following competencies:

• experience in building and driving a CRM-function preferable in a high volume/low cost business
• proven record of results within DM/CRM campaign management
• possess a well equipped online marketing tool box
• understanding of importance of results and ROMI
• an excellent writer and communicator – experience in content management and messaging
• an in depth understanding of the possibilities in online communication
• understanding of client segmentation and targeted communication
• ability to coordinate and optimize communication
• flexible attitude
• creative and innovative
• strong execution skills, hands on approach to projects and tasks
• ability to ensure a high professional standard, efficient and result orientated
• proficiency in Danish and English
• probably hold a university/business school degree in marketing or communication and have some years of relevant experience
