HR Consultant Denmark
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our small HR team in times where change sets the agenda. We have set a clear HR strategy to become One HR team globally and you will be a key player in reaching that target.
Creating the future HR setup is our key priority and you will be working closely with Experian colleagues to make sure we implement a new common platform (Oracle) in such a way that the company and its employees gets the best possible HR support. Also you will have a key role in the daily local HR tasks here in Denmark and you will use your experience within these areas to reach our common targets.

As an HR Consultant you will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the daily HR operative support in Denmark:
- Support the line managers in all HR issues.
- Provide guidance, direction and advise on legislation, to ensure that employees receive fair and equitable treatment and that Experian complies with legislation.
- Ensure that new or revised legislation is implemented into HR policies and practices and communicated throughout the business.
- Manage own cases, providing line management with guidance, direction and best practice advice on individual cases.
- Partner with the line, where applicable, for the selection of new recruits during the interview process.
- Responsible for Oracle HR System being implemented and up to date.
- Contribute expert advice, facilitation support or project management techniques to assist senior business managers in improving business performance and managing change.
- Utilise consultancy skills, tools and techniques and transfer knowledge wherever possible.
- Contribute to the provision of meaningful HR management information. Provide actionable analysis with appropriate recommendations.
- Provide project plans, for longer-term activity where appropriate.
- Contribute to the management of the Salary Review Process
- Plan and schedule day to day activity across all business areas.
- Work closely with team members to develop and implement service standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR practices. Ensure that any activity is in line with all other business/HR issues at all times.
- Ensure effective communication of HR processes to the business, partners or suppliers.
- Compliance with internal audit requirements i.e. managers attended policy/process workshops, compliance with Data Protection and Information Security policies.
Our new HR Consultant must have the following competencies:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
- At least 5 years HR experience
- Communication and reasoning skills.
- Analytical ability
- Structured
- PC skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HR Oracle and Access database skills).
- Interview skills i.e. criteria based, preferable OPQ32 etc.
- Presentation skills
- Team Work
- Development and Coaching Skills
- English on business level and Danish on native speaking level
